Our Farm Guarantee: We appreciate you supporting our small farm and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to image and contain at least one visible eye. Upon receipt of your package, please inspect all your tubers. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at erin@muddyhillflowerfarm.com within 3 days of your order arriving.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for damage due to pests, weather, rot, negligence/poor growing conditions, failure to thrive/performance and viruses/diseases.

Once your dahlia has bloomed, if for some reason it is not the variety you ordered please email us. We will make it right with either a fall shipped tuber replacement (shipping on us) or if a tuber is not available in the fall, a refund for the purchase price of the tuber.  We are human and while we try our best to keep everything organized and labeled properly, mistakes can happen. Please allow us to correct it.

Dahlia Viruses: Our farm is inspected yearly by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. We are diligent with our sanitization practices while harvesting both flowers and tubers. No machines are used, we dig all our tubers by hand. Snips are sanitized in bleach after each plant. Plants that appear unhealthy are immediately culled and disposed of and we complete random testing throughout the season. According to a study completed by the American Dahlia Society, it stated that approximately 87% of the dahlias were infected by a virus. While we do our best to remove unhealthy plants, we are not able to guarantee that every tuber will be virus/disease free. By purchasing from our farm, you accept that risk and understand we will not refund due to virus/disease.

Shipping: We ship throughout the United States via USPS. Orders will ship mid to late April after the threat of frost has passed. We will not ship early for any reason and shipping it nonrefundable. We will combine shipping on orders if they have not already been processed AND the label has not been printed, please email us your order numbers to erin@muddyhillflowerfarm.com. Please DO NOT message order numbers on social media.  Shipping rates are below:

1-3 tubers: $12
4-15 tubers: $18
16+ tubers: $24





Local Pickup: Farm pickup will be on April 12th from 10-2pm only. If you cannot make that date, please select delivery at checkout. If you miss the pickup date/time we will send an invoice for shipping. Once payment is received your tuber order will be shipped. If you miss the pickup day your tubers will not be refunded, shipping will be required. If you can't make the pickup day you may send a friend or family member to pick up your order. Please have them bring a copy of your order confirmation.

Refunds/Cancellations: Our tubers are stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled cooler. If for some reason we have storage issues with any of the tubers in your order, we will refund the cost of the tubers. If you have any issues with your tubers, inspect immediately upon receipt of the order and contact us at erin@muddyhillflowerfarm.com within 3 days. After 3 days, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel an order. Pickup orders that are not picked up on April 12th will not be refunded, shipping will be required at the expense of the customer.
